We’re a small, local, family owned business, focused on top-notch communication with our tenants. Our goal  is to give you peace of mind and provide quality rental homes.

To that end, we commit ourselves each and every day to providing prompt, personal service you can rely on. Our goal is always to treat each tenant with the best possible consideration and care. 

Danielle Miner is the property manager at CM3 Properties, Danielle brings substantial experience as a property manager focused in the Carolinas.  Her real estate interest started when she bought her first distressed property in 2004, and she has continued to build her own real estate and rental portfolio since then, personally renovating dozens of homes.  Danielle started her career serving in the U.S. Army Reserve for 13 years in assignments that included Military Police Investigator, Physical Security Specialist, Anti-Terrorism Officer, and Security Manager.  She also served as a police officer for several years before retiring as a result of a service injury.  Her unique experience in law enforcement and risk management led her to build, grow, and ultimately sell a successful property management firm in Charleston, SC that managed over 800 single and multi-family properties. She currently manages a small portfolio of commercial real estate for private investors while also serving on the leadership team for Ballast Rock Capital. 

Danielle lives and invests in Chattanooga TN, enjoys being involved in the local community, and is a strong believer in giving back.

For AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES please LEAVE A MESSAGE and someone should get back with you. 

PLEASE NOTE – An emergency is constituted by a problem that will cause harm to you or the property in which you reside. We will only be able to provide after hours service for the following maintenance items:

-Fire
-Flood
-Active water leak causing damage to property

If your Air Conditioning or heater is not working please submit an online maintenance request. Someone will be in touch with you on the next business day.
